me too, I am as peaceful person as you'd find O:-) But this plan sound like it'd be so effective 8-o

Not likely to be effective...first off, the perp could always use the other hand after the first offense...and after that, holding a paint can without the use of your thumbs is not that difficult (not that I have tried... :-b )

Better off cutting off their whole hand.... ;-7

I've seen people drawing with their foot if you want to go there :-D
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.

I am trying to avoid the politics, to be honest ... I mean my man won ... :-)
and I'm stoked to hear you went back to school. I hope the business is doing well ..
Now if you can only drum up Trans and AA, not only will this be a solid day, but a sure fire karma signal that I should be playing big stakes poker this evening ...

to be honest though ... glad to have you home ...

This is one of the stupidest ideas I've heard in a while. I'm surprised an elected official would even say it on record...I give him props for that at least. Most people would never say something so controversal.

I like this line-

I think only the vandals who suck at graffitti should have digits removed. Some of it's pretty cool to look at.

I would be in favor of that as well. ;-D

Does China and Turkey still do that? I know both countries used to do that to theives many years ago, and it worked. I'd definitely be in favor of something along those lines to take care of the idiots out there. :-)
Yes doctor, I am sick.

Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.

I'm with you here. There are also two main different types of "vandals," those who throw up crappy tags on everything they can find and those who find abandoned or unused places to put up art. Grouping them altogether is plain stupid. I get he doesn't like graph, but I'm surprised this actually a serious suggestion.
