I've been doing a lot of leadership reading the past few weeks to really develop my leadership skills. Here are the books I've read:

One Minute Manager- classic
One Minute Manager Builds High Peformance Teams- great read
Courageous Leadership- good church leadership book
The Next Generation Leader- good leadership book


For all those leaders/managers out there, which books have most influenced your management/leadership style?

i'm actually reading courageous leadership now for school. check out spiritual leadership by oswald chambers, it's also a classic

leading skills are much more experience and even psychology then from reading a book.... no book can give you what just plain ole working experience will give you though...
