2005 stats: 86 R, 16 HR, 69 RBI, 15 SB, .300 BA. Plus he did pretty much the same in 04. 26 year old OF who bats 2nd on a good hitting AL team. Nothing blows you away but those are good all around stats.
Why do I not hear more about him?

He plays for the Cleveland Indians. That's my guess, really. The kid's clearly got a boatload of both tapped and untapped talent, and I think he's going to continue to grow and put up stronger and stronger numbers. He's not too far off from a few All-Star seasons, if the cards fall into place.
i love the quietness around crisp,,, with hafner, vmart and sizemore getting all the hype of the indians offense, i will be glad to take crisp as my 3rd Outfielder in all my leagues next year.... his numbers why not great yet, are very consistent and he really does not hurt u in any category except maybe homers and rbis,,, and even there he is close to the average for a 3rd outfielder....

Can't wait 'till he's up in our mock auction.

I agree, he's a great sleeper IMO, a guy who will probably get passed over by many people and could fall right into your lap in later rounds

Agreed right here. You can get this guy fairly late and I see no reason why he won't breakout this season or next.
This guy is a great 3rd OF IMO. Guy who hits .300, can go 20/20, and named after a bowl of sugary goodness? Phenomenal.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike
