CL what version of FF are you running? i did a flash update at home last week and i didn't even realize the fact that my browser wasn't moving slowly any longer. (my work comp still does becaus ei haven't updated it and since i'm on that comp all day it kinda gets blurry which comp is doing what) try updating your flash to this version
