Anyone seen "Audition"? It's #11 on the list and seems downright gruesome
I caught that special on Bravo on friday. Yeah "Audition" looked incredibly freaky. Rob Zombie even says it creeped him out. That's gotta count for something if it gets under that dude's skin.
Me, I'm a big wuss and can't usually sit through most horror movies.
The only movie I can think of that hasen't been mentioned is April Fools Day. i have no idea who is it, but I remember seeing it as a kid and it scared the bejesus out of me.
Also exorsist fans, should read the book, as always much better than the movie, and gives you a little more background information.

"Hello Clarice"
Anthony Hopkins was incredible. Too bad the sequels were ever-increasingly sucky.
That scene when she's in the dark basement and buffalo bill has the night vision... whoa! Now that's on-the-edge-of-your-seat film.
Great flick, but I don't know if I'd consider that horror so much.
I actually really liked Red Dragon. Granted, it wasn't as good as SOTL, but it was a huge improvement over Hannibal, I thought. Ralph Fienes was awesome as the killer.
I'm with ya there wharfrat, and you're right that Silence wasn't horror... Red Dragon was a huge improvement over Hannibal too. But that's just because Ed Norton is the man.
If you're a battery, you're either working or you're dead....

I liked all three movies, and loved all three books. Even Hannibal was an awesome read.
Maybe it's not horror, but Silence of the Lambs is an amazing "thriller" movie. Agent Starling is so flipping hot
