20-team salary league

$20 fees (payouts $150-100-50)
CBS league
$85m equal salary caps. (+2m increases per season)
MLB salaries used for kept/drafted players
Roto Scoring (ops,tb,r,hr,rbi,sb x era,whip,k,holds,saves,wins)
choose a franchise
10 players kept, remainder go to draft pool
10 draft rounds (can draft minors or majors)
open trading of players and draft picks
40 man roster (majors/minors mixed)
