looks pretty good. here are a couple of suggestions. firstly, at a position like ss where it's hard to find a replacement avoid guys who are often hurt and fighting for playing time (nomar, guillen, clayton, and infante). of course they should be on your list, but let's leave those risks for other managers. i would recommend rating the ss with a real shot a 500 abs higher. i also think u got guys like hardy and adams too low. these guys have a nice set of skills and will be high in their lineups. watch out especially for hardy because the brewers lineup will be stacked.
I'd move Reyes up to the top group, making it Young, Tejada, and Reyes.
I'd move Peralta and Lopez up to the second group.
Third group I'd only include Lugo, Hall, and Renteria. Nomar hasn't sniffed this level of success in two full years. Crosby's still a bit of a stretch here.
Next group I'd include Ellis, Uribe, Eckstein, Berroa, Guillen, Adams, Barmes, Greene, and Crosby.
Last group, with little seperation between them, includes all the rest.

Hmmm I wouldn't put Reyes ahead of Jeter... imho he's actually the weakest of that second tier. I think i'd keep faith with Tejada as top SS as well.

reyes is good, but i'd take furcal, jeter, and rollins over him right now. reyes doesn't have much power yet and the fact he can't walk doesn't help. rollins, furcal, and jeter will all have 15+ hrs, 110+ runs and 30+ sbs.

how will Jeter get 30+ sbs, when he only had 14 last year, and hasnt gotten 30+ since 02
How does it look now....I moved some guys around with the comments that were posted.
Thanks guys, this is a big help
