ok i know before the season started you must have punted saves because mesa is pretty much bottom of the barrell and know one had a clue about fuentes. It seems that you also were putting a lot into guys who were injury prone; morris, burnett, perez, nomar, bedard. to sum it up i think you had the right idea about draft big hitters, but do not forget to get a least a decent closer next time. you drafted lots of power, but coming into the season besides pujols, arod, abreu, and nomar who else did you think could hit .300. try and trade some of that power for some ba. i guess you just need to avoid a few things injury-prone, low ba, shady closers .

My closers were percival, dotel, and takatsu. I guess that certainly added to my demise.

I agree. Your team looks pretty solid, I'm a bit surprised that you finished in 7th place though.

Sorry noobie, no trolling. This was a league i created to play with friends and family. My first four pciks were: Pujols, Abreu, Beltre, and Tex. I traded beltre/halladay for wright/ichiro/dotel. I then traded wright/ichiro for a-rod.

How did you get Abreu on the way back? How many teams? What draft slot did you have? Who was taken before Abreu?
