I am not sure he could be having a better start to his major league career.

Joe Maddon state:
"Now that (Young has) been here and I've been able to get to know him better and we've had a chance to talk about it, now I'm here to say this guy's handled himself as well as any rookie or any veteran that I've ever been around," Maddon said before Tuesday's game. "On top of that, his way of playing the game has exceeded a lot of veterans in regard to fundamentals. He's won me over big time. He's been great in the clubhouse. He's been great on the field. His work ethic is among the best ... so I think he's come a long way in a short period of time."
