WS and All-Star games don't really seem like a fair representation of each league to me. If you are comparing interleague records then I think you have something.

True about the cycles. And i agree the All-Star game is only 1 game, not a good indicator. But i think we can say the AL has had it's way lately with the best versus best (All-Star), and best team versus best team (World Series)?

Interleagues games have gone somewhat equal. The thing i found alarming, was the big run differential in the WS and AS GAME.

The DH is no excuse. In fact it helps the NL, because in NL parks the AL pitchers have to hit, who haven't hit all year, except a few interleague games.

well, a lot of that is the yankees combined with the fact that the AL generally spends far, far more money than the NL.

True on NYY, but taking away their 4 rings from 15-7, still favors AL 11-7. I don't have the whole league salaries, but i'm guessing the AL probably is higher do to NY and Boston. But looking at the last 10 World Series, i'm not sure the higher salary matters. In 5 of the last 10, the team with the lower salary won, same as the 5 won by the WS team with the higher salary.

Boston, NYY 4 times were the 5 higher.
Chicago, Florida twice, Anaheim, Arizona were the 5 lower.
