They could even have Buckner catch the grounder instead of missing it. Of course, that's the opposite of what the current commercials are going for, but it could still work.

Instead of making the buzzer beater over Kentucky, Christian Laettner gets punched in the face.

You know what? Lets just do a commercial that shows a montage of former Blue Devils getting punched in the face. I'd back any product that did that. ;-D
