I figure that the only people who would care about this are down here anyways. So the question is best Canadian Band?

Recently: Have to go with the Tragically Hip and Great Big Sea.

Old Stuff: Rush, Triumph, Guess Who, Spirit of the West.

Anybody else? Should this be a poll?

There are a few pretty good ones (mentioned above), though I'm not sure I could name the best one. It's a tough decison.

Old: Steppenwolf, Neil Young

Thought I'd bump this thread up. I'm in Newfoundland right now and I managed to see Great Big Sea live. I thought they were great. Very entertaining and seemed like very friendly people. ;-D

Sum 41 is Canadian? Anyways I'm not really a big fan of Canadian bands but Simple Plan is pretty good.
