Does Clemens retire if Houston wins?

Just thinking... he'd really have nothing left to do in the game.

I think he's done whether or not they win the WS but I wouldn't bet money on it.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

I think he would. He already has a ring, but winning with a Texan team will probably leave him more than happy.

He would probably be done, even tho i have no idea. his age is finally starting to show and his mother died recently. i think he finally does what he's been wanting to do for a while, hang up his uniform and be with his family.

I say he's done. Not because he can't get it done he obviously can. Winning a WS with Houston was the only reason he came back.

I have to think he's done after this, and DEFINITELY if they win. He just has nothing left to accomplish.

I'm going to say no, I mean he can still make about 20 million by staying around next year.

Don't you think he is in it for more than the money by now.... I think he's got enough money.

Yeah I think he calls it quits. He's pretty much done everything, but I wouldn't be suprised if he comes back for another season.
