Best Insider Website?

Postby prhood » Wed Oct 19, 2005 8:42 am

I come across 2 different websites which purport to provide player information, rankings, drafting advice, minor league oplayer evaluations, etc.

The websites are:

1. Insider Baseball ($50 subscription)
2. Baseball HQ ($100 subscription)

From personal experience what can people tell me about these two sites and their preferences. Are there other equally useful sites available?

I already subscribe to Baseball Prospectus and tap into Baseball America. Both have their uses.

Plus they've got that cool guy with the Bubba Crosby/Gary Sheffield collision sig thingy. Yeah, that's a cool place ;-) B-)

Forget about paying for those places, man. Rock the Cafe for any info you need.

Before I got hooked on this site. Insiderbaseball is what I used to win my leagues. It's pretty good and is just a suped up rotoworld in my eyes. Their draft sotfware and in-season reporting is great. It's gotten a bit expensive though because when I was using it before it cost only $29. Anyway, it's very useful to know as much information as you can. If you're in a money why not get more information to beat competitors.

There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.
