What is a good website software. Right now I am using 'Dreamweaver" at school and enjoy it. I want to buy one for my PC at home? What would be my best bet? Right not I am pretty comfortable with dreamweaver.

Frontpage is decent. Mozilla suite had a pretty good open source one as well.
This question is better then the last one you posted btw.

That's why I said BitTorrent it... i'm not advocating the practice, but for us little guys, it's difficult to come up with that kind of cash. It's readily available though. Maybe you could download it and once you start making the big bucks designing phat websites you can buy a retail copy.

I don't want to get into it here, but it's a glorified version of P2P filesharing.

It's a little complicated... just Google it and follow the links. Like, do a search for "what is bittorrent."
I'm sure you'll find some helpful sites.
To get you started, you'll need a BT client. Azureus is the best on.
Then, you need to find torrents. I suggest IsoHunt.
