I've read that story before. That guy was bonkers. He would walk up to the bears and baby-talk them. He even gave them stupid nicknames. He thought he communicated with them on a different level. What he lost in translation, though, was the fact that he behaved like a dominant male at a time when there was a scarcity of bear food. The result was that his territory was invaded by another bear which literally had him for breakfast.

From what I understand, the guy died first, then - as the audio tape seems to show - the girl sat around crying. Supposedly, her whimpers sounded like an injured bear's whimpers, so the bear returned to kill the girl, too.

Crazy story. The video's funny, though.
