The Jays jersey's changed from awesome to the common black. I wish they kept their old jerseys.
I'm a Toronto homer as well, but I think the slick blue with black, white, and silver really gives the Jays a more modern, grown up look. We can't have every other team in the league having a black jersey though.

The new Devil Rays ownership group headed by Stuart Sternberg took control of the team recently, and they want to let the public know changes are coming to the team.
"We're sending a message to our fans that it is a new day, that there will be some dramatic new changes ahead," said Dave Auker, the Rays' senior vice president of business operations. "It's a very aggressive approach ... an image campaign of this nature is unique."
I think they should be the Tampa Bay Tarpon.

Why in the world would the Toronto Bay Devil Jays want to change their jerseys? Teal and black is like, so original! No other team(s) uses that combo.......

Yes, I was, uh... I was thinking about ordering the tape, the videotape... about the college girls and the... the wild... the wildness. They're going wild or something? Somebody told me... about going wild.

Just a little joke. I have combined the teams names, because I swear I can't tell them apart when I come across one or the other on TV. So..."Look it's the Toronto Bay Devil Jays".........

Nice name...
Anyways, let's have Selig select a few teams to contract from the league, I'd like to see that. We all know the talent is watered down in the league. I'd like to see it go back to 28 teams...
I'm all for Contraction!
*I know about the agreement he had to not do such a thing for a given amount of time... just would like to have it done as soon as he can...

If the Drays played in another division, they would not only have hope, but they would also have at least one playoff visit under their belt. They have so much quality young talent that you can't contract them. It is a shame.
