Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Nothing worse than when you're at the gym and your batteries die, forcing you to listen to the XM hippie station the front desk attendant chooses to play
How the hell am I supposed to do lat raises to Rusted Root?

My gym plays like a 80's, 90's and pop mix satellite station and it is very NOT motivational. Its impossible to get psyched listening to Cheryl Crow and Shania twain.

Same here. They play it loud too, so I can even hear the house and techno over my headphones sometimes.
In the garage I work out in me and my buds hooked up these killer 1980's speakers to an old cd player. We usually play metal, rock or hip-hop while lifting. For metal I would recommend Lamb of God, Ill Nino, Sevendust (my favorite), American Head Charge, and Pantera. When we are not feeling the hard and fast stuff we usually put in one of the Kanye discs or a little Sublime. I guess it all depends on what kind of day your having and if you have the drive to have a good work out that day.
