Depends on what you like. If you want fast/inspirational/makes you want to work out music, I prefer "Soldier" by Eminem, "If I Can't" by 50 Cent... I used to have a whole playlist before my MP3 player stopped turning on.

I'd also go to "In A Gadda Da Vida", since it's so freakin' long.

I love hiphop and R&B but man, I can't stand Eminem and 50cent.

If you like hiphop, Twista is good to listen to workout for cardio.

I need workout music to be loud and fast paced. I like Rage Against the Machine, Biohazard, some Metallica, Pantera. I would go with Wu Tang too.

All right, I've got my MP3 player here... it holds 17 hours. Here's what's on it-

Wu Tang- 36 chambers
Deftones- Adrenaline
Converge- Jane Doe, When forever comes crashing
Dead Kennedys- Plastic surgery disasters
Gorillaz- Demon Days
Neurosis- 3 albums
Jay-Z- volume 3

And some stuff from
Mogwai
Pig Destroyer
Mr. Bungle
Poison the Well
Modest Mouse

I haven't changed this mix in months- it really works for me. ;-D
