Workout / Lifting Music

[On the DL]

On my Ipod I am trying to put together 2 different mixes. One for Cardio and another for Lifting. I just got $50 to Itunes for my birthday and thought this would be the perfect time. Does anyone have any ideas to which songs I should add. Thanx

Depends what kind of music you like! I listen to fast stuff when I'm working out- punk rock and speed metal mostly. When I get sick of that stuff I switch to Wu-Tang. If you're into any of that stuff I can recommend some bands
