Bump young guys with alot of potential up a few rounds (Wright, Cabrera, F Hernandez) Bump old guys who seem to be slowing down or are just old down a few spots (Randy, Smoltz, Schilling) If you get stuck with any of those guys they are impossible to trade. Play the first round like you normally would and go for sure things, then when u hit maybe the 3rd or 4th round take some younger guys. And in the last few rounds take guys with big upside and high ceilings perferably young. 30 is still young. The guys that you need to push back a round or two are guys that are 36+
