It's a 12 teamer roto league but we're looking to go to 14 next season.
It's $125 to sign on for Plus regardless of team #. We find that the Plus package is only good for the StatTracker. And that money would be more enticing as part of the winnings.
My Friendliness bar...recently shrunk from 11.3 to 10mm long!!

I'm not saying to go away from YAHOO but do realize there are a few keeper league problems that you have to find a work around for. Creating an offseason group page is a start. Having reliable owners who'll take preranking of keepers seriously is a must if you plan to run a live online draft. We've used YAHOO for years, and the primary keeper league issues are:
YAHOO doesn't include minor leaguers
YAHOO doesn't allow the commish to assign keepers prior to an online draft
YAHOO doesn't maintain rosters through the offseason to facilitate easy trading.
We've also moved various keeper leagues back n forth to:
fanball - solves all those problems but costs and has it's own issues (no draftbot being the biggie)
cbssportsline:solves the keeper issues but costs...we've really had very little trouble with the interface with the exception of hard to find obscure players to prerank
