I'm seeing Sage Francis tomorrow at the Knitting Factory. Concert starts around 8, Sole will be there too but nobody really cares about him. I bought my tickets about two months in advance (or whenever the tour dates were set) and tomorrow is finally the day.

All I have is a cell phone camera but I'll try to bring back pictures (albeit small, poor quality ones).

To Sage! ;D

Sweet. I'm heading down to Santa Cruz for the Tech N9ne concert Sunday, so I'm with you on the underground concerts this weekend. Post the pics when you get them, I'm still pissed I missed the Sage concert when he was in the Bay Area.

Definitely. I've never been to the Factory so I don't know how close I will be but knowing my camera I can't get many good ones. Maybe I can steal a friend's for a day.

The Knitting Factory puts on all the best underground acts. I have a killer live CD of John Zorn w/ Naked City recorded there... mind blowing :-°
