He doesn't get much love and doesn't really have knockout numbers, but how about John Lackey. 195 K's (good for 9th in MLB as of right now) and a 3.53 ERA. On that Angels team he should have better than his 13 wins though. Sort of like Vazquez, but with a much better ERA and potential for wins.

Randy Johnson...
16 wins, 203 K's, 1.13 WHIP and 3.79 ERA and he makes a lot of peoples biggest busts list even though he's a top 10 starter.
For a more serious pick, how about Pettitte.
17 wins, 165 K, 2.42 ERA, 1.04 WHIP. Not bad for someone almost nobody ever talks about.
