I wash my hands like 98% of the times. But If I just take a piss in the woods or something I have no choice.
Also, If someone disobeys that law of pooping in public and tries to leave the stall while I'm the only other person in the bathroom I run away fast.

The Yale guy replies, "At Yale, they teach us not to pee on our hands."
I've heard that one but with a Marine and a Navy guy instead of Harvard and Yale...
Marine and Air Force guys here.
Ok, I'll admit I don't wash my hands every time I sneeze or cough. I also don't wash my hands before every single meal. I do wash after going to the restroom though, so I guess I'm not all bad.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Listen, I had to use that Penn Station restroom more than I would like and I am positive that the longer you are in there the dirtier you will get. If you want to get to the sink you have to push you way past the homeless guys washing themselves. Your feet stick to the floor with every step. I would buy an adult diaper before I would use a stall there!
Dennis Leary did a bit on washing your hands before you go to the bathroom because you already know if your D#%k is clean. It makes sense. You go through your day touching God knows what in the world and then you put your dirty hands all over yourself without a second thought!
I am with Red Stripe. If the bathroom is that bad I am not touching anything. Get in, do your business, and get out.

Well I guess us Rays fans are clean anyways.
But in all honesty I didn't need an article to tell me this. Everywhere I go there are always people leaving with out washing their hands, I find it pretty disgusting.
