Last night, I dreamt that my wife and I went to Fenway on a Boston vacation. We had seats on top of the Green Monster, and we made sure to arrive early to the stadium early so we could catch BP. At one point, someone hit a home run that landed in the empty seat in front of her. She got scared and wouldn't reach for it, and someone two rows in front of her ended up getting the ball.

Then David Ortiz came up for BP, and at this point the whole stadium was now packed with people who wanted to see him hitting home runs - and he delivered. He started mashing home run after home run into right field, and after each home run, the crowd was chanting the number of home runs he had hit:

1! 2! 3! 4!... and so forth and so on.

It was a fun little dream, and quite possibly the closest I'll ever come to actually stepping foot in Fenway.

Just thought I'd share.

I wouldn't know. I don’t pay that much attention to the Junior Circuit.

And Mad, if there were a smiley that could give you the finger, I'd be posting it right now.

Actually there are smileys out there that give the middle finger, but we can't post them here. O:-)

Funny, I had a baseball dream last night aswell.
My club team here traded me to another of the clubs for Coco Crisp! :-b

The team I am going to obviously walked away with a steal ;-)
