That would be Fred Clarke in 1894 of the Louisville Colonels and Cecil Travis in 1933 of the Washington Senators

Travis had five hits in his first game but I'm pretty sure he didn't go 5 for 5, I think he was 5 for 6. They won the game 11-10 in 12 innings.
