I'm not sure whats going wrong with this guy but AJ's become nearly unusuable the past five games after looking like the best pitcher in the league in August. Looking at the Marlins schedule, AJ has one more start against the Mets and two against the Braves. Both teams play AJ pretty tough which makes me want to drop him completely. Has anyone already done that and dropped the guy?

Well as weak as the free agent market is some team will overpay for him this offseason.......*cough*YANKEES*cough* :-D

What was the question? Um yeah I don't know about dropping him. Even if there's only a few starts left, nothing sucks more than cutting a guy loose and then watching him throw a CGSHO for your rival.

Yes AJ has sucked the past month but he's a stud pitcher, he's not the type of guy that you drop if he goes cold for a while. Just imagine if you dropped him and all 3 of his next starts are good QS's. He could throw a good game anytime, we've seen him do it before. The real problem though is that he keeps trying to strike everyone out again, he isn't mixing enough pitches up or trying to force any ground balls(which he really is good at doing if he doesn't try to strike people out every at bat.) So I would hold on to him still.
