I hate Yahoo tie breakers

Last night in his thread about in the Game Commentary board, Mercer Boy mentioned how the tiebreaker in his league was bench points. This seems like a really good idea, at least better than ERA.

In head to head leagues, it goes first by the lowest ERA. That is crap. It should go to the team who won the most games in the season and really make the regular season worth something. I lost in a competetive league because he had a lower ERA, even though I had more wins and K's. Pisses me off.

So wait, you should win based on your regular season performance, which has no bearing as soon as you reach the playoffs? If you don't like it, don't play H2H.
