What do you guys think? He plays 2B and SS and is batting well over 320 and is 3-3 tonight with a solo HR and he has 20R, 4HR, and 17RBI in just 29 games and just over 100 ABs. I realize it's too early to jump on the bandwagon as he isn't even the regular starter, but if he continues to produce like this can the DBacks keep him out of the lineup when Durham comes back? They're going to have to keep him in there somehow.
He will be in the lineup every night if he continues to produce...Tony Womack sucks and they have been looking for a replacement. I am currently thinking of picking him up also....I'm waiting to see how Loretta does tonight, b/c if he sucks then I'm going after Cintron I think. Loretta has been good...but Cintron has WAY more upside than a 32 year old utility infielder on the Padres.
I think Cintron has a pretty good chance of stealing the job from Durham. The Dbacks will keep him in the lineup if he continues to hit.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
What are ya'll talking about...Durham?? I am confused...we are talking about the Arizona Diamondbacks and Alex Cintron right? Where did Durham come into the picture? Hillenbrand is injured and Cintron is filling in for him...is that who you are thinking of?

Oops. I'm not sure what I was thinking about Durham. He's over in San Fran. Sorry!
I still think Cintron could stay in the lineup though.

I am already usuing Cintron in one league and just missed him in another. Ariz is rebuilding on the fly and doing a hell of a job IMO. The other young kid, Hammock, is projected to replace Barry Bonds. I think in September.
