Transaction limits vs unlimited transactions, please discuss

300 moves is a bit insane but for the most part I think that if you have a transaction limit in play it should be taken out for playoff time if possible. If not, either make the limit pretty big to account for playoff spot starts or add extra cats like someone else mentioned.
