seriously, it looks cool.
on a side note...we love katamari is out next week!

I skeptically bought Katamari Demaci last week (online) so I'm waiting for it to arrive. I never heard of it or played it, but I went off of reviews and I like weird games.
Is it awesome, or just weird?
i love it.
i had never heard of this game until last year when i was at blockbuster to rent a game with a japanese friend of mine and he said it was a great game. i was like...yeah, right...it looked crappy. we still got the game though and played for about 7 hours straight.

it is certainly different from everything else you see out there. it's a not complex at all, just fun. i'm not gonna try to explain it, cuz you gotta play to believe it. Basically you have to roll around this giant ball around the stage and things will stick to it making a katamari, which means "junk". the bigger the ball gets, the bigger the objects you can stick to your katamari. it's not a long game, so you might be disappointed if you like game that take forever to finish, like GT4 - fricking mission 34

- but i think even after you are done with all the stages you will still go back and try to get quicker times.
"we love katamari", which is out in japan already, is the sequel to "katamari damacy". it was supposed to come out this tuesday in america, but it got pushed back a week. the same japanese friend got the game already in japan and said it's basically the same game, so i'll be getting the second one too.
if you like weird games, i think you will like this one.

it's a very "japanese" game, so the soundtrack , which is awesome, will have a lot of jpop and some weird songs about katamari. you will be rolling things like sushi, sumo wrestlers and other things you can find in the country of the rising sun.
how's that for a hijack?
