Why are some people so dumb and weak-minded that they'll do anything some other moron "dares" them to do?

Anyone else find it interesting that the guy was naked with his head covered and yet the principal was able to identify him? If I was the cops I'd be asking her some questions ;-)

"Well, It's obvious. There's only one kid at the school who has that tattoo on his left buttcheek."
