Actually it does. More rookies and minor leaguers, more packs to buy to complete the set, but less of each card availiable.
Can't believe I'm going to say this, but sounds like a good move so far. Final determination will be the price per pack. If it stays reasonable, then I give it a thumbs up. If they charge a premium, then I consider it a bust. We'll see.
