haha - that happened to me too two years ago
Of course, I live close enough to the high school that I lost power too (until like 2pm).

Haha!
Reminds me of when I moved to Pittsburgh, PA. Lived in Texas since I was a kid, and moved up there since my ex-wife (wife at the time) got a job promotion and moving there was required for the job. Anyhow, this was in October of '96 and we were looking at apartments and decided on one. While we were filling out the paperwork, one of the things the lady said was that in the summer time we could rent an air conditioner for $30 a month . My jaw hit the floor to say the least. I said something like "No air conditioner in the apartment? " She chuckled since she had seen our driver's licenses and knew we were from Texas and reminded us that it doesn't get too hot up there in the summer time. Lol.
Was a very funny moment. Lol.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
When I was a senior in high school, school was actually rained out. Lol, Our school is kind of in a pit so water was like 3 feet up to the doors, it was pouring like crazy.

Wow 10 minutes thats like 600 seconds
I kicked major ace on my presentation. I was so good, everyone in class stood up and gave me a standing ovation at the end of it, chanting Encore, Encore*.
