When should you remove guys from your IR? Two guys were activated last week by their teams that were sitting on my IR. I probably would drop them (Oliver Perez, Barmes) over my starting players, but would like to give them a bit to see if they get back in form. As the first place team do I run the risk of being called a cheater if I don't drop them soon?

You can keep them as long as you want on the DL. You probably wouldn't be able to grab anybody off waivers while they are there, but otherwise there is nothing wrong about it.
My apologies. I have a nephew named Anfernee, and I know how mad he gets when I call him Anthony. Almost as mad as I get when I think about the fact that my sister named him Anfernee.

I agree. It is OK because you pay a penalty. You cannot make any moves until you adjust your roster.

keeping guys on your IR is a farily common practice. I've never heard of anybody calling this "cheating".
