Does anybody know anything about him? I only have two moves left, is he worth a pickup?

I know he is taking silva's spot in the rotation and people are very high on him as a prospect.

This probably belongs in the other forum.

Anyway, he's a top prospect that's been evoking comparisons to Santana w/ very similar stuff and being lefty as well. However, the Twins don't offer much run support, and w/ the way he seems to approach the game plus the Twins likely wanting to treat him w/ kid gloves (especially given his former injury history from his days in the SD system), don't expect too much in terms of W chances even if he takes over a rotation spot for good.

He might be worth a spin if you only need the help in K's and maybe ERA. But if you only have 2 moves left and K's are not a big deal to you, then you can probably find better uses w/ your final moves. If Matt Cain's still available, you'd probably be better off giving him a spin instead, especially if Bonds' return improves the Giants' offense any. That's what I did w/ my next-to-last move in my non-keeper league, choosing Cain over Liriano to bolster my sagging SP rotation -- I have enough RP-types anyway at this point.
