Who are you looking at?- the playoff edition

Postby TB13 » Fri Sep 09, 2005 5:01 pm

My playofs started and I got the bye this week. Is it just me or are Jay Gibbons and Tony friggin' Clark starting to look like favorable options?
Who is everyone else looking at?

Both look good. Neither are available in my deep league :-t

I'm looking for a few hot bats to get me through the next couple for weeks too... guys I've been considering are Eckstein, Emil Brown, and Juan Uribe...

I agree with eftda on Escobar. ;-D He's looked good in his rehab starts and looked good the other night in his first appearance since like way back in June in a relief appearance. He might only be the setup man but he could still help you keep that ERA and WHIP down and get you a few K's.

I've looked to Tony Clark in a moderately deep league and Travis Lee in a deeper league. For a really deep league, Jose Cruz is in one of his brief hot streaks.

Whoever is playing in Colorado.

From a homer's perspective....go check out Mark Ellis. He is destroying the ball right now.
