It's playoff time in my league and I have a bye this first week which is a good thing. My team during the bye week is tearing it up. I'm having one of my best weeks of the year so far and it's for a bye week. Just my luck, all my guys will go cold next week.

cant say im in the same boat as you. i have looper and nathan and both got bombed this week along with sheffield who's gona miss a few games . i am so happy i got this bye.

I'm wishing that the team I have that IS playing, were on a BYE.

I've got some BIG ERA numbers this week:

Mesa = 27.00
Patterson = 13.50
Radke = 22.50
Nathan = 36.00

So I'm obviously losing that category.

I've been trying to keep an eye on my actual BYE team to see how they've been doing. Have not taken the time to figure it out yet, though.

Peavy, Harden, Patterson, Duke, Bonderman, Blanton, Hernandez

looked unbeatable. All but the last two have suddenly had starts delayed. Or missed entirely. Or gone on the DL...

That happens to me a lot and its a bitch. But fortunately to me this year, it hasn't happened. My team has been pitiful this week, I think I only have like 1 HR, 11 or 12 RBI's and Im batting beneath the Mendoza Line. Don't mind it too much, might get all the bugs out.
