There are three two-syllable words in that sentence. There's no way that it came out of Milton's mouth.

Of course its fake if it was Bradley actually said that it would be:

"Milton Bradley regrets to announce that his knee is racist."

He should have, at least then Milton probably wouldn't have made such an outlandish statement about his knee. I have friends who have met Milton's knee before and they didn't get the impression that it was racist at all.
