Ya he has been quite surprising this year picking up these stolen baes but like people have said, he's getting them by being smart, not fast. He isn't fast at all. I'm sure once pitchers realize what he's going to do if they make a slow move or something then they'll catch on and that will greatly decrease his stolen bases.

btw - Klesko put up some nice SB numbers for a couple years playing 1B.
Indeed, Klesko had back-to-back 20/20 season, I believe.
Still not worth the $10,000,000.000 he'll get next season.
Pujols, due to the SB, is really pushing ARod for the #1 fantasy slot.
Pushing? Hes been the #1 fantasy slot for a couple of years, and as long as he finishes as the #1 overall year after year, I still can't fathom why others get taken ahead of him.
They should sign Chan Ho to an incentive based system. Start him out at the league minimum. Then have the following incentives and decentives.
+$120,000 per IP
- $75,000 per ER
- $14,285.71 per hit or walk
A pitcher that throws 200ip with a 3.20era and a 1.20whip would end up making around $15.25 million dollars (plus the league minimum).
So far this year Park has the following numbers:
145 IP = +$120,000 * 145 = +$17.400,000
94 ER = -$75,000 * 94 = -$7,050,000
241 Hits or Walks = -$14,285.71 * 241 = -$3,442,856.11
Total $6,907,143.89
I think this is more than reasonable and that Chan Ho needs to step up and renegotiate with me...if he wants the big bucks he better pitch like he deserves them. Of course I'm not letting Clemens anywhere NEAR this deal.
