got any idea what pitchers might be changing addresses next year??? am plotting my strategy for nextyear's games and need some heads up advice on FA pitchers...if anybody has any ideas pass them along...

i am kinda looking for ones that are flying a little under the radar, pogo... but i had forgotten about morris... burnett i knew about...

I believe that Kevin Brown will be a Free Agent for 2006.

Well they do have 30 million to spend next year on anything they want, and Burnett is friends with Arnsberg (the pitching coach on the Jays who previously was a Marlins pitching coach).
His signing wouldn't surprise me in the least, I mean he almost got traded here in July, before Ricciardi decided he would rather go after him in the winter..

i was just amazed to see that hampton was STILL making tons of money off that contract he signed like 20 years ago with Colorado. people were just crazy back then.
also, it would be some sort of poetic justice if the braves ended up paying him to pitch somewhere else (as part of a trade), given that it has thus far mostly been other teams (primarily Colorado) that have been paying him to pitch in ATL.
