I know that this is subject to change if he ends up on another team next season but has he vaulted himself back into the 1st round in everyone's mind?? I drafted him in the 1st round this year and I would do it again. He has had a great year. He is hitting .282 and has the following as well with AL rank in parentheses:
He has also cut down his K's to "only" 106 so far. Not great but better than before. What does everyone think about him?? 100-35-100 with 25 SB is a great season, especially for a 2B.
I drafted him in the first round as well. There's no way you can get that kind of production out of any other second baseman. Every other position is so much deeper... I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
I did, but not again. If he gets traded he won't be able to steal signs and hit well .. but seriously if he gets traded I think it will kill his value.

I agree that Texas is 1 of the best places to hit but there are a few other places that wouldn't kill his value.

it definitely depends where he gets traded to. if he went to (hypothetically) the yankees, red sox, or cards, his value would be about the same.
I took him 10th overall in a keeper, so I hope he somehow stays. The only places I'd tolerate would be the Bob, Minute Maid, and Shea (since I'm a Met fan, fantasy is second in my mind). Would I take him in the first again? Yeah, if he's in a hitters park - if not, it would depend but it would likely reduce him to mid second round in my mind.

Yankees CF! (Wishful thinking...not happening... ) With 2B eligibility of course.
Soriano is a no brainer to be a 1st rounder next year if he stays with the Rangers, and hed have just as much value at any other park too unless he went to like a big time pitchers park or something but the only team he might wind up on that plays in a pitchers park is the Mets so I think things are looking good for him to be a 1st rounder next year.
