I should know this from my time playing fantasy baseball in the past, but I seem to have forgotten what happens in this situation.
1st Seed
vs.
-- Bye --
4th Seed
vs.
5th Seed
3rd Seed
vs.
6th Seed
2nd Seed
vs.
-- Bye --
In the Divisonal Playoffs of the NFL, the 1st seed plays the worst remaining seed after Wild Card Weekend, is this the same way it is for the Yahoo fantasy baseball playoffs, or is the way it is shown here (Ex. 2nd vs 3/6, 1st vs 4/5 in the Semis)...

Nono, first place and second place get the week off.
In consolation brackets, 7th and 8th get the week off.
After that, brackets resume normally. 1st seed plays 4/5 winner, and 2nd seed plays 3/6 winner.

I know they get the week off, I'm just wondering if it is like the NFL playoffs or it is just the straight bracket (1 vs 4/5 and 2 vs 3/6).

So which is it? I'm leaning towards the 1 vs 4/5, 2 vs 3/6 like Yahoo has it, but the NFL's way just seems like a smarter and more probable way to do it.

I guess i'm still not following... you seem to have gotten it. It's 1 vs. 4/5 winner, and 2 vs. 3/6 winner. It makes sense.
Top seeds always get the easiest playoff schedule, and the way it's set up, 1st plays 4 or 5, which is an easier win since 3 should beat a 6. so 2 then has to play 3, while 1 strolls thru the park with a beating of a 4th or 5th seed.

He wants to know if it flip-flops like the NFL does if the 6th seed "upsets" the 3rd seed.
In the NFL, the #1 seed always plays the lowest seed in Round 2. It doesn't just stay as #1 vs. winner of #4/#5 if the #6 seed wins.
In this case, I bet it stays the way it is shown with no seed rearrangement.

Yeah, that's exactly what I wanted to know. I figured it was like that, but the NFL way of doing things just seems more logical.

Yahoo doesn't reseed. If the 6th seed wins, they will still play the #2 seed.
