Just letting you know these are the games I'm putting money on this week:

East Carolina +2 against Duke
Maryland -8.5 against Navy
Auburn -7 against Georgia Tech
Washington -2.5 against Air Force

I pick near 70% every year, so I thought I could help share the wealth this year...also, if anyone else has any picks they feel are locks, let us know.

Note: I was only 2-2 in week one last year, so time may be needed again this year to calibrate each team.

they have Bolling Green +2 on Wisconsin. I would take Bolling Green on that one.

I don't know that I'd put money on the UW...

The team isn't that good and Willingham isn't that great of a coach, IMO.

Washington is returning 19 starters and most coaches win their debut, no matter how good/bad they ultimately turn out to be.

This is really a matchup between the worst of the Pac-10 against the worst of the Mountain West, and I'm comfortable putting $5 on that matchup anyday of the week.

I like this game also...and I've seen it as high as +4 for BG some places.

A few others I like...
Iowa -39 vs. Ball St Maybe a bit of a homer pick but I think Iowa should be able to cover.

Louisville -21 vs. Kentucky

NC State +6 vs VTech Not as confident in this one but I see NC state giving VTech a nice run and atleast keeping it close.

Don't kid yourself; 40 point spreads are actually not bad picks at all later in the season. Trends show they're about 50-50 early in the season, though, which doesn't make them that friendly of a pick.

On a sidenote, Iowa is crushing Ball St. right now, 56-0 in the fourth.

who knew Wiscsonsin would run all over BG like this. They have scored three TD's in the second half and threw the ball once I think. Oh well....that Iowa game covered.
