He's 1b/of only and only plays rf as far as leagues that have individual of positions.
He's my 3rd basemen, but without that eligibility, he loses a lot of value. If he remains a Devil Ray, I have no plans to draft him next year.

Losing the 3B eligibility definitely lowers his value, and staying in Tampa will lower it even more seeing as he seems to have no interest in playing there. Either way, as JT said he could be a very nice mid-late round sleeper next year with a good risk-reward ratio.
