Will this guy start pitching like he did earlier in the season? Also how do you think he'll do tomorrow vs the Braves?

Yes he will have more good games this year and some bad ones too. More good than bad though. He has been solid this year at home so start him against the Braves. Home stats this year

Myer's last two starts have been mediocre (5 ER in each start)but he hasn't had any aweful starts. He hasn't given up more than 5 ERs in any starts! As a young pitcher he will be up in down. I am disappoionted with the 5-6 record but that should improve over the season...

Be careful with Myers. In his last five starts (28 IP), he's struck out only 13 batters, with an ERA of 6.11.

Anybody from Philly have the inside word on Myers? He started off great and I expected a lot from this up and coming ace. I knew there would be some rough spots but 5 of his last 6 starts haven't been so hot. He even seemed to be doing well last night until he just kind of fell apart all at once. Is he going to turn it around or is this where he is expected to be throughout the season?

i was hoping to trade for myers in a keeper league but the guy was asking for alot. i was tempted to pull the trigger too cause i was really high on myers. i am very surprised at his poor performace, even though he is a young pitcher, i expected him to breakout. i still think he will turn out ok. maybe i can get myers for a cheaper price right now.

Not that I am taking pleasure in someone else's pain, but it doesn't bother me to see Brett Myers doing so poorly as of late. Why? Well, while making a trade the other owner insisted that Myers be included. While I hated giving him up, I still pulled the trigger on the deal. His last few starts have made the trade all that much easier to swallow. here is the trade I pulled in a non-keeper league.......
I give:
Hank Blalock
Adam Dunn
Brett Myers
I got:
Manny Ramirez
Jim Edmonds
Jeff Suppan

Hopefully yesterday's game is what was needed to get him going again. A three hit shutout against one of the best offensive teams is pretty damn impressive. Maybe if he had 60,000 fans every game he'd always pitch this well. I just wish I had him in. Oh well didn't want to get burned again.
