I've never known anyone who uses it, or even seen it for that matter. I'm not saying it's not good, but if it is good then I would imagine it would have a wider following.

When I first read the thread title, I thought for a second someone had created a browser based on the life and work of Oprah Winfrey. Complete with a tiny little onscreen Oprah-head instead of a mouse pointer.
