Here's the situation:

I have racked up a dozen or so speeding tickets in the last 10 years. I haven't paid them. I still have a good credit score, a low insurance payment, and - as I found out for sure today - no outstanding warrents.

How is this possible? I have a lot of possibilities running through my mind, but I hope that someone here has a definitive answer.

What state do you live in, what state did you get your tickets in, and how is your license not suspended?

Most police agencies don't have time to crack down on non-paying ticket offenders. One day, though, there will be financial incentive to do so, and they will come down hard. You see it all of the time.

So...

Yes, you're a criminal.
Go pay those tickets now before it gets worse.
It's spelled "warrant."

I've gotten the tickets in probably 7-8 different states. Currently, I'm in Florida. I have at least two here. It's hard to keep track after a few years.

So how do I find out how many outstanding tickets I have? I didn't have the money to pay them until recently. But I don't want to pay them if I can keep getting away with it.

Dude, these unpaid tickets are eventually going to catch up to you and sooner than later your going to be forced to pay them. Do it now before anything else happens.

I don't know why you're being so hard on the guy for admitting that? We all naturally feel that way, at least he came out and said it.
