Butler or Barton

Billy Butler or Daric Barton.

Who has the best shot at starting for their team out of Spring Training or at least before the All-Star Break and who will have the better Roto stats the next 2-3 years?

Who has the best shot? Barton, because he is a much more polished hitter. Though with that in mind I doubt he will be up by the All-Star break, he will be only 20 and there just isn't a need to rush him.

On who will have better stats in a few years, pretty hard to say right now. In a few years they will basically be in their rookie or 2nd years at most. So in that frame of mind your basically asking who will adjust quicker. Barton is more polished as I said and will be on a better team, so he should produce more then Butler in every cat. except HR's.

I think KC has a better shot of rushing their prospect (Butler), because they need offense, but I doubt it would be towards the beginning of next year.

Barton is so good, he can handle Mlb pitching TODAY.. kid is a phenom... he'll probly be up next year, but callups are too hard to predict.. i think both will be amazing for roto

it's like choosing between Coke or Pepsi. Without #s in front of me, Barton's discipline is the stuff of legends. He ranks #3 in my rankings, Butler was around #7. Both guys are going to be studs in 4 years.
